Application of stainless steel foil in the electronics industry 

Shrapnel spring type: The contact shrapnel type uses stainless steel, which is then plated with chromium or nickel to improve conductivity and tinning performance. Common materials include SUS301 and SUS304, with thicknesses of 0.15 and 0.2. 

Support frame: In the injection molding process of plastic parts, stainless steel parts are first placed in the mold and fixed before being injected, which is used to improve the strength and shielding effect of the back shell. 

Appearance parts: stainless steel front shell and battery cover, made of SUS316L with a thickness of 0.5. 

Reinforced steel sheet: In piano keys and side keys, stainless steel sheets are used as intermediate pieces to ensure the flatness of the keyboard, and can also be used for grounding, shielding, and shading. 

Stylus sleeve: generally made of SUS304 material with a thickness of 0.2.
